RIGID INDUSTRIES FZC is looking for an experienced CNC Machine Maintenance Technician for factory machine maintenance and troubleshooting operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines
Handle maintenance of:
CNC Punching Machines
LVD Bending Machines
AMADA Punching Machines
Powder Coating Plant & Equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic issues
Inspect motors, panels, sensors, wiring, and air systems
Reduce machine downtime and support smooth production
Follow maintenance schedules and safety procedures
I in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics
2–5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance
Experience with AMADA & LVD machines preferred
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Manufacturi experience required
Ability to troubleshoot independently
