We are looking for an experienced Commis 1 Baker to support our Bakery department at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of breads and pastries while supervising junior commis staff during production. The role requires a strong understanding of dough fermentation, oven temperatures, and decorative techniques to ensure every product meets our luxury brand's expectations. You will work closely with the Demi Chef de Partie to maintain inventory and minimize wastage.

a. 1 to 2 years of experience in a high-end bakery or five-star hotel kitchen.
b. Solid understanding of professional baking tools and equipment.

e. Currently residing in the UAE or available for local relocation.
