• Maintain the outlet's service standards, product quality and cleanliness
• Prepare food as per prescribed recipes, preparation techniques a special requests
• Follow consistency standards in order to meet the company standards and ensure the guest receives the highest quality food and service every time
• Handling the set-up of mise-en-place stations as per instructions
• Handle all duties at the assigned work station and assist with store pickups
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and standards as per Kuwait Laws
• Adhering to the company procedur laws for fire, hygiene and safety
• Ensuring the operation and kitchen equipment is maintained with minimum breakage
• Report any safety concerns to chef in charge to take precautionary action
• Ensure confidentially of all recipes, formats and menus
• Responsible for executing all duties assigned by immediate supervis In charge
