a. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
b. 15–22 years of relevant professional experience.
c. Strong experience in process engineering and evaluation of PFDs, P&IDs, BOQs, engineering drawings, and doents.
d. Experience preparing and reviewing pre-commissioning and commissioning checklists and manuals.
e. Experience participating in HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, PHESR studies and safety systems.
f. Hands-on experience with operations, flare systems, off-sites, and utilities.
g. Strong experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and shutdown activities.
h. Experience monitoring and controlling process parameters through D and field systems.
i. Strong manpower handling and coordination skills.
j. Good communication and engineering interface skills with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
k. Good knowledge of international engineering standards.
