This role includes the following responsibilities and duties:
1. Efficient administration of the company
2. Welcoming and greeting customers
3. Managing the company’s daily activities in answering emails, inquiries, and phone calls.
4. Invoicing
5. Filing of VAT to the government every quarter and filing of VAT reports every month
6. Assisting in documenting monthly sales and expenses and reminding the manager of payments to be made
The role also covers office management skills:
1. Managing office space and facilities
2. Maintaining and restocking office supplies as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent.
2 years’ experience in a similar role.
