We are looking for an experienced Compliance & AML Consultant with strong expertise in financial regulation, real estate compliance, and anti-money laundering (AML). The candidate must have proven experience working with the Central Bank, the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), and the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). Solid experience in crypto regulation and the licensing process is essential.

The ideal candidate will bring an existing client portfolio of at least three active clients, demonstrate the ability to successfully complete licensing processes from start to finish, and work in a hands-on, practical, and solution-oriented way.
Key Responsibilities
•Advise financial, crypto, and real estate companies on regulatory requirements in the UAE
•Independently and successfully manage licensing processes
•Develop and implement compliance and AML strategies
•Draft, review, and optimize AML policies, KYC, and due diligence processes
•Conduct compliance and AML training for companies and employees
•Hands-on implementation of compliance and AML measures in clients’ day-to-day operations
•Collaborate with clients to ensure regulatory compliance and AML requirements are met
•Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Your Profile
•Several years of experience in Compliance, AML & Regulation across both the financial and real estate sectors
•Direct experience and collaboration with Central Bank, DFSA, FSRA, and VARA
•Proven track record of successfully completing licensing processes
•Experience in the design and delivery of compliance and AML training
•Hands-on mentality – willing to actively engage in operational tasks
•Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to acquire and manage clients independently
•Requirement: existing client portfolio (minimum of 3 clients)
•Strong desire for independence and flexibility, while benefiting from a trusted partnership
•Excellent communication and advisory skills
•Ability to work remotely and independently
