We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Heavy Equipment Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling construction machinery and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Promote and sell heavy construction machinery to clients across the UAE
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for timely delivery
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in heavy equipment or construction machinery sales in the UAE
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the UAE construction market
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email communication)
Preferred Skills:
Technical understanding of construction machinery
Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of construction machinery and market trends
Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
