We are looking for Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to completion. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall construction site operations and project execution.
Plan project activities, resources, manpower, and equipment requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and approved inspection procedures.
Monitor project costs, material usage, and resource efficiency.
Resolve technical and site-related issues.
Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
Prepare and review project reports, schedules, and doentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 8–15 years of construction experience.
Experience managing large-scale building, infrastructure, or commercial projects.
U construction experience preferred.
