Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day civil construction activities, including earthwork, site preparation, and the installation of foundations and structures for compressor stations, pump stations, and tank farms.
Planning & Scheduling: Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, resource requirements, and work timetables to ensure timely completion.
Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to prevent overruns.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (HSE) and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and local permitting requirements.
Subcontractor Management: Select, supervise, and coordinate the work of subcontractors and various construction crafts on-site.
Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure integrated facility design and seamless project execution.
Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure that work aligns with technical specifications, blueprints, and international industry standards.
