Job Description

Modun Gulf Building Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our growing team and support construction projects across the UAE. The role involves drafting, managing, and coordinating contractor and subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations, and maintaining accurate contract records. The position requires collaboration with operations, procurement, and finance teams to track submissions, approvals, and variations.

Candidate Requirements

a. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
b. 4–7 years of experience in a similar role within a construction company
c. Strong knowledge of construction contract forms, FIDIC
d. Excellent organizational and communication skills
e. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
f. UAE experience is a strong advantage
