Key Responsibilities:
1.Measurement and Valuation
--Prepare and verify measurement sheets and BOQs.
--Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and reconciliation with actual works.
2.Cost Monitoring and Control
--Track actual costs versus budget.
--Provide input on variations, re-measurements, and asset increa adjustments.
--Support cash flow forecasts and financial reporting.
3.Tendering and Subcontract Administration
--Prepare tender doents, subcontract packages, and cost comparisons.
--Review subcontractor claims and payment applications.
4.Support in Claims
--Assist Senior QS in preparing claims for time and cost.
5.Reporting and Communication
--Submit cost-related data for monthly progress reports.
--Liaise with site engineers and commercial team for accurate records.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management from a recognized university.
Experience: minimum 3-5 year of post-qualification experience and at least 1 year on Similar project Experience. Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure, O&M, or ro management projects.
Technical SkillsProficient in cost estimating software, MS Excel, and QS tools; Familiarity with Ashghal contracts and O&M-specific terms.
Soft Skills: --Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills;
--Strong team collaboration and reporting ability.
Language: High proficiency in Englishwritten and spoken; Arabic knowledge an advantage
