A reputable company in Dubai Marina is seeking a skilled and passionate Cook / Chef to prepare high-quality meals and manage kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure food consistency, presentation, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company recipes and standards.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes as required.
Supervise junior kitchen staff and maintain team efficiency.
Adhere to hygiene, safety, and food quality standards at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Cook or Chef in a professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, recipes, and food safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Professional appearance and punctuality.
Salary Range: AED 4,500 – 5,500 per month (depending on experience)
