Job Description

The Coordinator - Commercial provides vital support for the coordination of international merchandising activities and facilitates collaboration between the Sourcing department and other business units. Key responsibilities include conducting market research using various data sources, developing and recording information into relevant systems, and managing relationships with local and international vendors. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate stock availability and assist content teams with product requirements. Additionally, the role involves general office duties, such as bookkeeping, managing meeting logistics, and maintaining the corporate records management database to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar commercial or administrative role is required. You should possess strong business communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of meeting strict deadlines, and proficient in administrative activities including diary management and basic bookkeeping.
