The role involves assisting in project budgeting, monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, preparing cost reports, and ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets. The candidate will coordinate with engineering, planning, procurement, and quantity surveying teams for accurate cost tracking and reporting.

a. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
b. 2–4 years of UAE experience in cost contr controls (construction environment)
c. Basic understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
d. Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Primavera, Candy, or SAP is a plus
e. Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills
f. Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
