We are launching a medical supply company in Bahrain and are looking for a senior, entrepreneurial professional to independently establish, manage, and scale the business.
This is a high-ownership leadership role with full responsibility for operations, revenue, and profitability, along with an attractive profit-sharing structure.
Role Overview
• Independently set up and operationalize the medical supply business in Bahrain
• Lead market entry strategy, sales growth, and business development
• Build, appoint, and manage the entire local team
• Establish and leverage relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and government institutions
• Utilize strong contacts with medicine manufacture to secure authorizations and pricing
• Manage and participate in government and institutional tenders end-to-end
• Oversee day-to-day operations, procurement, inventory, logistics, and compliance
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain health authority regulations
• Take full ownership of P&L and overall business performance
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in medical supplies / pharmaceutical / healthcare distribution
• Strong existing network with medicine manufacturers and principals (essential for government tenders)
• Solid understanding of government procurement and tender processes
• Experience in Bahrain or GCC markets preferred
• Demonstrated ability to independently start, manage, and scale a business
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability and ownership
