Smeet is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their team in the Ready-Mix and Construction sector in Qatar. The role involves managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, and monitoring aging reports to follow up on overdue accounts. You will assess customer creditworthiness, set credit limits, and resolve invoice disputes in coordination with Sales and Operations. Additionally, you will prepare receivables reports, track collection KPIs, and advise management on high-risk accounts to support cash flow forecasting.

a, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
b, Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable
c, Experience in the construction or ready-mix industry is preferred
d, Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
e, Strong knowledge of billing cycles and credit management
f, Currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable QID
