Job Description

We are seeking a talented and energetic individual to join our fast-paced startup team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer experience, operational excellence, and business growth. You will play a key role in supporting office operations and customer service, while also contributing to strategic initiatives and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries (in Arabic and English).
Manage day-to-day office administration tasks including scheduling, doentation, and logistics.
Support customer onboarding, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist in planning internal and external meetings and events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to business success.
