Role Purpose:
To make outbound calls a accept incoming calls to describe FS products, explain the benefits, answer the customers' questions and conduct sales over phone, and follow up the customer service satisfaction, and complete the project which assign from the direct manager.
Key Accountabilities:
• To negotiate and promote the values and terms of the product or service that FS provide to customers.
• Follow up with the customer on periodically bases, to check the customer’s needs, suggestions, feedback on the provided service and products.
• Promote the new products over phone for the related customers and as per the direction of the section head.
• Receive and report the customer’s complaint and to help in responding to it at a short period of time.
• To manage FS accounts and maintain good client relationships.
• Promote FS products and services for the potential customers to increase the existing customers’ database.
