Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
Provide accurate information about services and procedures
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

Coordinate with internal teams when required

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to communicate professionally in English
