We are looking for a courteous, solution-driven Customer Service Executive to handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve client concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages within SLAs
2. Process orders, returns, and exchange requests
3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate produc
4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
5. Escalate complex issues to the supervisor when required
6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
7. Support the team in daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
1. 1–2 years of customer service experience (UAE retail or service industry preferred)
2. Good verbal and written English (Arabic is a plus)
3. Basic MS Office skills
4. Presentable with a positive attitude
