Job Description

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Provide product or service information clearly and professionally

Coordinate with internal departments when required

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge

Customer-oriented attitude

Ability to work under pressure

Previous experience is an advantage, but fresh candidates are welcome
