Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in the UAE. This position is suitable for freshers and entry-level candidates who are passionate about helping customers and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person

Provide accurate information about products and services

Resolve customer complaints in a professional and polite manner

Maintain customer records and update information as required

Follow company policies and service standards

Support daily customer service operations


Candidate Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally

Basic computer knowledge

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Basic English skills (additional languages are a plus)
