Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary

Provide accurate information about products and services

Maintain customer records and update databases

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Work collaboratively with other departments to improve customer experience

Requirements:

High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
