Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
Provide accurate information about company products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
Meet customer service targets and performance standards
