Job Summary
We are looking for three Customs Clearance Specialists to handle all import and export activities for our manufacturing plant in Riyadh. You will be responsible for making sure all shipments move in and out of the SILZ area quickly, legally, and without delays.
Part 1: Position ResponsibilitiesHandle Doentation: Prepare and check all shipping doents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin) for the plant.Manage Clearances: Process customs declarations through "Fasah" and other government platforms to ensure parts and finished goods move smoothly.Coordinate with Logistics: Work closely with the warehouse team and freight forwarders to track shipments from arrival to delivery.Compliance: Follow Saudi Customs laws and SILZ-specific regulations to avoid any fines or shipment holds.Duty Management: Manage customs duty exemptions or payments as per the manufacturing plant’s requirements.On-site Support: Solve any issues that happen at the port or the SILZ gate immediately.
Part 2: Position Skills & Requirementperience: At least 2–4 years of hands-on experience in customs clearance in Saudi Arabia (experience in a manufacturing environment is a big plus).System Knowledge: Must be fast and accurate using Fasah, Bayan, and other customs portals.Communication: Good communication skills in Arabic and English to talk with both customs officers and the international business team.Problem Solving: Ability to fix doentation errors quickly so the production line doesn't stop.Location: Must be willing to work on-site at the SILZ area in Riyadh.Nationality: * 2 positions are reserved for Saudi Citizens.
