Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Data & Research Analyst to support the Creative Hub’s initiatives by preparing high-quality data, conducting research, developing analytical insights, and producing professional reports and presentations. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for decision-making and strategy.
Key Responsibilities•Collect, clean, and prepare datasets from various internal and external sources.•Conduct market, industry, and trend research to support program development and strategic initiatives.•Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights that inform decision-making.•Prepare professional reports, dashboards, and executive summaries tailored to different stakeholders.•Create impactful presentations with visual storytelling techniques to communicate findings effectively.•Support monitoring and evaluation processes by developing performance indicators and tracking results.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide evidence-based inputs for proposals, policies, and business cases.•Ensure accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality of data and research outputs.
Qualifications & Skills•Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Business, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.•2–4 years of experience in data preparation, research, or analyst roles.•Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with proven skills in data management and presentation design.•Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, or equivalent).•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional reports.•Strong research skills with attention to detail and accuracy.•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.•Knowledge of creative industries, innovation hubs, or cultural projects is an asset.
