a driven, entrepreneurial Practice Manager to help build it from the ground up. This isn't your

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll be the backbone of the clinic — the person who keeps everything running smoothly while
helping us grow. Your responsibilities will include:
Clinic Operations Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure a seamless patient experience Manage reception duties including scheduling, patient intake, and appointment
coordination Maintain a welcoming, professional environment that reflects our brand values
Procurement & Inventory Source, order, and manage dental materials, supplies, and equipment efficiently Build supplier relationships and negotiate favourable terms for the practice Maintain accurate inventory records and proactively prevent stock shortages
Marketing & Growth Develop and execute marketing initiatives to build our brand presence in the Omani
market Manage our social media channels, promotions, and community outreach efforts Identify new opportunities for patient acquisition and retention
Patient Relations Handle patient enquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and care Build lasting relationships with patients that foster loyalty and referrals Gather feedback to continuously improve the patient journey
WHO YOU ARE Fluent in both Arabic and English — written and spoken (essential) Experienced in clinic, medical, or dental administration (preferred) A natural leader with a hands-on attitude and a passion for getting things done Commercially minded — you understand what it takes to grow a business Tech-savvy and comfortable with clinic management software and social media tools A problem-solver who uses initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented A people person — warm, professional, and great with patients from all backgrounds
