Proven experience in L1/L2 deskside support within a corporate environment. Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for asset tracking and ticket management. Familiarity with Active Directory and basic user account management. Strong knowledge of Windows OS environments and basic MAC device handling. Ability to provide high-level VIP support and handle critical outages. Must be bilingual in Arabic and English. Willingness to work under a B contract model.
