We are looking for an energetic and Detail-oriented Order Tak Coordinator to manage incoming inquiries and orders for our us laptop inventory. The ideal candidate will handle telephone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries, process orders, and provide excellent customer service to both B2B and B2C customers, ensuring accurate, timely delivery and high customer satisfaction
Receive incoming customer orders via phone, email, and WhatsApp, accurately inputting them into the P system.
Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, specifications (processor, RAM, storage, condition), and pricing for us laptops
Process customer invoices, receipts, and quotations promptly
Handle customer complaints, return requests, or exchanges within company policy guidelines ( 3 to 7-day return policy)
