Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing plans across platforms—SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display ads, and content marketing, specifically tailored for fitness audiences
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and emerging platforms like TikTok.
Create dynamic and engaging content—blogs, social media posts, videos, and email newsletters—to attract and retain members.
Manage the fitness brand’s social media presence and community, including influencer partnerships.
Oversee website updates and ensure SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and conversion.
Optimize landing pages and user experience to enhance engagement and membership sign-ups.
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights; provide regular reports and actionable insights
Set up conversion tracking and manage performance across all digital channels.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and campaign execution.
Coordinate fitness-centric campaigns, events, or promotions to build brand engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. LinkedIn Business
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing—experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Proficient in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, C platforms, SEO tools, and CMS.
Strong analytical mindset to optimize campaigns, track KPIs, and drive ROI.
Excellent written and verbal communication, alongside creativity in content creation
