Job Summary:
We seek a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in the real estate sector to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns tailored to real estate products and services, including S, email, social media, and display advertising
- Oversee content strategy and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels
- Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, leasing, sales) to create cohesive marketing strategies
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Stay current with emerging digital tools and trends, and evaluate their potential for adoption in the real estate domain
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years specifically in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Industry knowledge of real estate marketing trends and buyer behavior
- Lead generation and management expertise across digital platforms
- Local market expertise for targeted digital outreach
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Knowledge of HT is a plus
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in real estate marketing
