Dolphin Bakes is seeking a results-driven Dispatch Manager to oversee our bakery’s distribution operations in Ajman, UAE. The selected candidate will lead the dispatch team, ensure accurate and timely deliveries, monitor inventory, prepare daily reports, and implement process improvements. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Night shift availability is required, and immediate joiners are preferred. The company provides food, accommodation, visa, and medical insurance.
