Key Responsibilities
1.Design & Engineering: Develop, analyze, and optimize electrical power distribution networks, including site layouts, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
2.System Analysis: Perform crucial studies such as load flow analysis, short-circuit, and protective relay coordination.
Installation & Maintenance: Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of substations, distribution transformers, overhead lines, and underground cabling.
3.Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work adheres to local and international electrical codes and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC, IEEE).
4.Smart Grid & Automation: Implement smart grid technologies, SCADA systems, and automated network management.
Project Management: Collaborate with contractors, manage project doentation, prepare cost estimates, and support procurement
