We are planning to hire talented Doent controller to join our PMO dept.
Job responsibilities as below:
Plans, organizes, and implements systems for efficient doent processing of all communications, supplier doents, design doents, project operations doents or other internal or external doents.
Coordinates the flow of doents between project operations, engineering disciplines, operations team, or other department groups.
Will have knowledge of both the work processes of doent control and also the use of electronic systems used to manage doentation.
Implements doe management solutions with a primary focus on doent control and records management.
Processes one or more doent types through all procedural steps in accordance with well-definedprocedures and guidelines.
Ensures that pre-established doent controlrequirements (e.g., which doent numbering system will be used; how many andwhich signatures will be required for certain approvals, etc.) aresatisfactorily met throughout the duration of the project.
Receives, tracks, and monitors doents using standard doent management programs to register doents, maintain databases, and produces logs, transmittals, and other reports as required.
Enters data and produces reports using other standard office automation or department-specific computer applications.
Initiates and replies to routine correspondence related to area of responsibility.
Supports the receipt, tracking, and monitoring of doents through the use of standard doent management programs to register doents, maintain databases, and produces logs, transmittals, and other reports as required.
Provides assistance to users in capturing and locating electronic information.
Maintains an established data distribution system and schedule for the assigned project based upon client, project, department, and supplier requirements.
May revise system or schedule as required to ensure timely approvals and distribution.
Expedites review, signature approval, and release of supplier and internally produced doents.
Verifies retention requirements, arranges doent cataloging, packing, and long-term storage or disposal of appropriate doents at time of closeout.
Manages scheduled destruction of archived doents according to company a Client guidelines; provides assistance with doent retrieval.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Job reuqirements:
Bachelor's Degree or 3 Years Diploma from an accredited universi.
4+ years of work experience in doent controls in Construction or Engineering companies working in PMO dept
Extensive knowledge and experience in doent control from the project initiation to close out phases,
Knowledgeable of doent control work processes and utilization of electronic systems for doent management, as well as corporate procedures related to doent management.
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
