You will be responsible for maintaining a systematic filing system, ensuring the accuracy of all doentation, and distributing files to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. The role involves enforcing strict adherence to doent management policies and protocols in compliance with ISO standards. You will work closely with engineering and project teams to coordinate submissions and ensure that all records are easily accessible for audit and operational purposes. This is a vital position within one of the Middle East's largest construction firms, supporting large-scale infrastructure and oil & gas projects.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field. Proven experience in doent management, including archiving, storing, and retrieving records.
