We are seeking a qualified Doent Controller to support our projects team in riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control all project-related doents (drawings, contracts, submittals, RFIs, reports, etc.)
Maintain proper doent control system and tracking logs
Ensure all project doents are properly filed, updated, and distributed
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors
Control doent revisions and ensure latest versions are in use
Maintain strict confidentiality of project doentation
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Doent Controller in projects (constructi estate preferred)
Strong knowledge of doent control procedures
Proficient in MS Office (experience with doent management systems is a plus)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Arabic required, English preferred
