Roles & responsibilities
- Safely transport company personnel and deliver doents, packages, and other items to designated locations, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
-Maintain the company vehicle, including regular cleaning, routine maintenance checks (e.g., oil, tires), and promptly reporting any mechanical issues.
-Collect and distribute interoffice mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to recipients within the organization.
-Run errands such as bank deposits, purchasing office supplies, and other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
-High school diploma or equivalent is required to understand basic instructions and procedures.
-Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, demonstrating a commitment to safety.
-Proven experience as a driver or messenger, indicating familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations.
-Prior experience in a similar role or industry, showcasing relevant skills and adaptability.
