Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Driver Salesman - also known as Route Sales Representative (RSR) - located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Driver Salesman (RSR) will manage day-to-day tasks such as servicing designated sales routes for delivering water (5 Gallon and PET), developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include loading and unloading products, keeping accurate sales records, and dealing with customer inquiries and complaints. The role requires consistent communication with the sales team and management to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in Driver Salesman, Customer Service, and Relationship Management
Strong Organizational and Time-Management skills
Ability to Operate Sales Software and Maintain Accurate Sales Records
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and carrying products
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Must have intermediate proficiency in English
