Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Driv Supervisor to manage transportation of materials and workers to job sites, while also overseeing flooring project activities on-site. This dual-role position ensures that materials, tools, and manpower reach the job site on time and that all installation work is completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Duties:•Drive company vehicles to transport flooring materials, tools, and workers to and from project sites.•Ensure timely delivery and pickup of supplies as required.•Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.•Perform routine vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.•Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies.
Supervisory Duties:•Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for flooring installation.•Ensure proper handling and installation of flooring materials (e.g., SPC, parquet, LVT, carpet tiles).•Monitor work progress and report updates to the project manager.•Ensure that safety standards and company procedures are followed by all workers.•Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns to management.•Maintain discipline and team coordination among site workers.•Record attendance and daily work logs.•Communicate effectively with clients and company office when needed.
Working Conditions:•Full-time role with site visits across different project locations.•May include overtime, weekend work, or early start times.•Indoor and outdoor job site environments.
•Valid UAE driving license (Manual preferred).•Proven experience as a driver and site supervisor (flooring or construction industry preferred).•Basic knowledge of different types of flooring and installation methods.•Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.•Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.•Physically fit and able to work in a site environment.•Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
