Job Description

The Duty Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and supervising airport operations at Salalah Airport (SLL). You will oversee passenger and aircraft handling on a shift basis, ensuring that all service provider performances meet financial, safety, and security objectives. Key responsibilities include managing operational disruption recovery, coordinating V and special guest requirements, and delivering station emergency response plans. You will also drive airport ancillary sales, monitor on-time performance (OTP), and ensure full compliance with local authority regulations. This role requires making critical day-to-day decisions to mitigate operational risks while maintaining the high brand standards and guest-centric focus expected of the world’s leading airline.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have a minimum of 5–7 years of experience within the airline, hospitality, or retail industry, specifically in a supervisory role. You must have proven experience working in highly pressured, multicultural shift environments. A degree-level education or equivalent industry experience with deep knowledge of aviation and airport policies is required. The ideal candidate will have a mature personality, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for service excellence. You must demonstrate the ability to balance guest needs with corporate interests while adhering to the highest safety and security standards during operational shifts.
