EFL Instructor
Key Responsibilities:
1. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
2. Willing to help others and to meet staff and student needs and is ready to follow directions
3. Initiative: Seeks to learn and recognize work procedures and policies and know how to locate information
4. Reliability and independence
5. Utilizes and collaborates with Training institute departments e.g. operations, support services, student affairs.
6. Punctual and maintains professional attitude, behavior and appearance
7. Exhibits willingness to remain up to date on trends and best practices in the industry and demonstrates desire for continuous professional development in his area
8. Exhibits proper business conduct, integrity and work ethics in handling sensitive assessment
materials and trainee data
Qualifications:
- Saudi National - Male
- Bachelor Degree in a related field i.e. TESOL, TEFL or Education
- Recognized teaching certificate i.e. CELTA
- IELTS 7.0 or equivalent (Bilingual only)
- 3 years in a teaching role, preferably in a vocational or higher-education institution
- Experience in a technical context desirable
