We are looking for a skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and updating electrical Building Information Models (BIM) to support project design, coordination, and construction activities.
Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and other electrical components.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure model coordination and clash detection.
Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from the BIM model.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes.
Assist in the preparation of technical doentation and as-built models.
Support project teams during design reviews and construction phases.
Use BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler or similar role.
Proficient in BIM software (Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks).
Strong understanding of electrical design and construction processes.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
