1\*ELCTERICAL FORMAN ENGINEER (PRODUCTION)*

Qualifications and Experience:
* Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrician certificate, or equivalent.
* Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in electrical panel assembly, wiring, and testing, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or foreman role within a switchgear manufacturing environment.
* Technical Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of electrical components (circuit breakers, contactors, relays, PLCs, transformers, VFDs, busbars, etc.).
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting intricate electrical schematics and control logic.
* Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures and regulations.
* Familiarity with testing procedures for electrical panels (e.g., continuity, insulation resistance, functional testing).
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
* Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervision & Leadership: Directly supervise, guide, and motivate a team of electrical technicians and wiremen on the production floor.

* Technical Interpretation: Read, interpret, and work from complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and blueprints.
* Assembly & Wiring: Oversee and participate in the precise assembly, wiring, and integration of electrical components into various panel types, including:
* Motor Control Centers (MCCs)
* Power Distribution Boards (PDBs)
* Main Distribution Boards (MDBs)
* Synchronizing Panels
* Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Panels
* Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Panels
* Control & Automation Panels
* Quality Control: Ensure all electrical installations and wiring comply with industry standards and company quality protocols.
* Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues during the assembly and testing phases.
* Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all safety regulations and best practices in the workshop.
* Coordination: Liaise effectively with the engineering, design, and quality control departments to ensure product specifications are accurately followed.

2\ELECTICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (SWITCHGEAR) :
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical
Design Engineer in the field of switchgear or electrical control panel design.
* Technical Skills:
* Practical experience in designing Low Voltage (LV) and Medium
Voltage (MV) panels (preferred).
* Profound understanding of electrical design standards and technical
specifications.
* Proficiency in using electrical CAD software (AutoCAD Electrical or
EPLAN is essential).
* Strong knowledge of major vendor products and components (e.g.,
Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens, Eaton).
* Experience in performing essential electrical calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Requirements Analysis: Analyze project specifications and client
requirements to develop robust electrical panel design solutions.
* Electrical Panel Design: Design a variety of electrical panels (e.g., MCC,
PDB, MDB, Synchronizing, VFD, ATS, PLC control panels), including:
* Preparation of Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
* Creation of detailed Schematic Diagrams and Control Wiring Diagrams.
* Development of General Arrangement Drawings and intern
panel layouts.
* Selection and specification of appropriate electrical components (e.g.,
circuit breakers, contactors, protection devices, transformers, relays,
metering devices).
* Bill of Materials (BOM) Generation: Create accurate and comprehensive
Bills of Materials for each project.
* Electrical Calculations: Perform necessary electrical calculations such
as load estimation, short circuit studies, protection coordination, and
voltage drop calculations.
* Design Review & Improvement: Review designs for effectiveness,
efficiency, manufacturability, and compliance with international standards
(e.g., IEC, IEEE, ANSI) and local regulations.
* Technical Support: Provide technical support to production, testing, and
sales departments, and resolve any design-related issues that may arise.
* CAD Software Proficiency: Utilize electrical design software (e.g.,
AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical) proficiently.
* Doentation: Prepare and submit complete technical doentation
for projects.
* General Skills:
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
* Ability to innovate and provide effective design solutions.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Arabic is a
plus.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and in a multi-tasking
environment.
3/ ELECTRIC PANELS TESTING ENGINEER :
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Testing
Engineer in an electrical panel or switchgear manufacturing environment.
* Technical Knowledge:
* Deep understanding of electrical principles, circuits, and power
systems.
* Comprehensive knowledge of electrical panel components (e.g., circuit
breakers, relays, transformers, protection devices, PLCs).
* Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics (Single Line
Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams, Control Wiring Diagrams).
* Hands-on experience with various electrical testing tools and equipment
(e.g., Meggers, secondary injection kits, high-voltage testers, multimeters).
Key Responsibilities:
* Test Plan Development & Execution: Develop and implement thorough
testing procedures and plans for various types of electrical panels (e.g.,
MCC, PDB, MDB, Synchronizing, VFD, ATS panels), adhering to
international and local standards (e.g., IEC, NFPA, UL).
* Testing Procedures: Conduct a wide range of electrical and mechanical
tests on finished panels, including:
* Continuity Tests
* Insulation Resistance (Megger) Tests
* High Voltage (Hipot) Tests
* Functional and Operational Tests
* Sequence and Logic Tests
* Visual Inspections and conformance to drawings.
* Data Analysis & Troubleshooting: Analyze test data to identify deviations
or malfunctions, and pinpoint the root causes of issues.
* Reporting & Doentation: Accurately doent test results, prepare
detailed test reports, and record any issues or corrective actions taken.
* Prepare Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test
(SAT) reports as required.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the design and production teams to
provide feedback, improve product quality, and rectify defects.
* Equipment Calibration & Maintenance: Ensure regular calibration and
maintenance of testing equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability.
* Standards Compliance: Guarantee that all products and processes

* Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an Electrical
Panel Technician in a manufacturing or workshop environment, specifically

* Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrician Certificate, or
equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret electrical schematics, wiring
diagrams, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) to ensure correct assembly.
* Assembly: Precisely assemble and mount electrical components such as circuit
breakers, contactors, relays, transformers, PLCs, and control devices inside
electrical panels.
* Wiring: Perform intricate wiring of internal and external connections for
various panel types, including:
