Paswi Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for infrastructure and electrical projects in Dubai, UAE. The selected candidate will supervise electrical construction and installation activities, monitor project progress, coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers, ensure compliance with project specifications and electrical codes, inspect completed work for quality and safety, supervise electricians and site personnel, prepare daily progress reports, manage materials and equipment, resolve technical issues on-site, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within schedule.

a. or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
b. Relevant experience as an Electrical Supervisor in infrastructure or electrical projects.
c. 'C' License is preferred.
d. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation standards, and project execution.
e. Experience supervising site teams and coordinating project activities.
f. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
g. Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project deadlines.
