Supervise all on-site electrical activities including installation, testing, and commissioning
Plan daily work activities, assign tasks to electricians, and ensure productivity targets are met
Monitor cable laying works (, termination, and routing as per approved drawings
Oversee installation of cable trays, trunking, conduits, and containment systems
Ensure proper installation of panels, DBs, MDBs, SMDBs, and final circuit connections
Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per project specifications and standards
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other trades (civil, mechanical) on site
Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, permit-to-work systems, and HSE policies
Check materials delivered on site and verify against approved submittals
Prepare daily progress reports and update project engineers on site status
Identify and resolve technical issues, clashes, and site constraints
Supervise testing activities such as insulation resistance, continuity, and functional testing
Ensure proper earthing, bonding, and lightning protection system installation
Support authority inspections and ensure compliance with TA requirements
Maintain discipline, safety, and quality standards among workforce
Train and guide electricians and helpers to improve performance and workmanship quality
