•Supervise MEP works including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
•Review and coordinate desi drawings with civil and architectural teams.
•Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning as per approved standards and project specifications.
•Conduct inspections with consultants and monitor compliance with safety and quality requirements.
•Manage manpower, materials, and work sequencing to achieve targets.
•Maintain testing, commissioning, and as-built doentation.
•Provide technical support and coordination between site and office teams.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
•5–8 years of relevant experience in high-rise or multi-storied projects.
•Skilled in AutoCAD MEP, MS Office, and familiar with Rev (preferred).
•In-depth understanding of Saudi codes and international MEP standards.
•Fluency in English and Arabic – mandatory.
•Transferable Iqama – mandatory.
•Immediate joining preferred.
•3-month probation period before employment confirmation.
•Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is highly advantageous.
•Must possess excellent communication, planning, and leadership abilities.
