Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audio Video Programmer to join our
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering fully integrated audio-visual systems, workspace collaboration technologies, and managing all aspects of
control systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in testing, configuring, and
troubleshooting various AV systems, as well as integrating lighting, shades, building
management, and fire alarm systems. The candidate will ensure that all installations
meet the highest standards and are tailored to meet our clients' specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program, configure, and test a variety of AV control systems. Must have experience
with Crestron, AMX, QSC, Dante ,and BiAmp systems.
• Integrate audio-visual solutions with lighting control, shading systems, building
management systems, and fire alarms.
• Configure and manage local LAN components and ensure seamless connectivity
between AV systems.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and implement
customized AV solutions.
• Lead small teams of technicians to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide technical support to client’s
post-installation.
• Ensure all installations meet high-quality standards and adhere to project
specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as an AV Programmer, with hands-on experience in audio-visual systems, control systems, and system integration.
• Control Systems: Proficient in configuring and programming systems such as
Crestron, AMX, QSC, or similar platforms.
• Network: Strong knowledge of local area networks (LAN), VPNs, including IP
configuration and network troubleshooting.
• Integration: Experience integrating lighting, shades, BMS, and fire alarm systems.
• Leadership: Ability to lead small teams, providing guidance and ensuring project
success.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organization: Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications in AV technology or control systems (preferred).
Requirements:
• Technical Aptitude: Strong technical skills with a focus on troubleshooting and
problem-solving.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to anticipate challenges, think critically, and provide
effective solutions.
• Teamwork: Able to work independently or as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

• License: Valid UAE driver’s license required.
