Responsibilities include managing drawings, RFIs, approvals, BOQs, and maintenance logs while ensuring version control and compliance. The coordinator will schedule meetings, prepare MoMs, track preventive maintenance, and liaise with vendors and site teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up to ensure smooth operations and timely closures.
