Hiring for Estimation Engineer (Steel Structure only)
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer (Steel Structure Only) located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), carrying out project estimations, and conducting thorough research to support estimation tasks. Daily tasks will include cost analysis, determining project requirements, preparing competitive estimates, and engaging in discussions with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the best prices for materials and services. The role also involves collaborating with the project team to ensure all estimates align with project needs and client requirements.
Qualifications
Expertise in preparing BOQs and Project Estimation
Background in Civil or Steel Engineering
Strong Negotiation and Research skills
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience in the steel structure industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
