We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with strong knowledge of API oilfield equipment, CNC machining, A threaded connections, oilfield materials, and manufacturing cost estimation. The role involves preparing accurate estimates for machining, manufacturing, repair, and refurbishment of oilfield equipment.
The successful candidate will review RFQs, engineering drawings, GD&T and API specifications, calculate material, labor and machine costs, source supplier quotations, prepare BOMs and cost breakdowns, and develop technical and commercial proposals using Exc.

a. Degr in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or related field
b. Relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Oilfield Equipment, API-certified Machine Shop, or Manufacturing facilities
c. Strong knowledge of API 6A, 16A, 17D, 7-1, and API 5CT requirements
d. Understanding of API and premium threads including EUE, , BTC, and rotary shouldered connections
e. Knowledge of oilfield materials including AISI 4130, 4140, Inconel cladding, and Duplex Stainless Steel
f. Strong understanding of CNC turning, milling, boring, threading, cladding, and WPS requirements
g. Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and API requirements
h. Proficiency in Excel; S experience is an advantage
i. Direct estimation experience in API-certified oilfield machining and manufacturing is highly preferred
